Cancellation Policy
Deposits are mandatory for all service bookings. Cancellation without penalty is 24hrs prior to your appointment. With that being said, if you cancel less than 24 hours of your appointment, you forfeit your deposit! So keep in mind when booking your appointments. However, if you would like to reschedule, your deposit will secure your changed appointment, and will only owe the remaining balance.
